First off, best of luck to our friend Bond who has an important job interview today!! (don't wear your Soul Patrol tank top to the interview like you did last time and remember, arching your back and saying "AYYYYYYYYYY" is not a proper way to end an interview!!)

Our resident Vermont hoochie has a recipe for ya:

Duff's Super Easy Manicotti Chicken

1 (28 ounce) jar tomato pasta sauce, divided
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders
14 uncooked manicotti shells
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread about 1/3 of the pasta sauce in ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken. Insert chicken into uncooked manicotti shells, stuffing from each end of shell to fill if necessary. Place shells on pasta sauce in dish.
3. Pour remaining 2/3 pasta sauce evenly over shells, covering completely. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
4. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until shells are tender.

Sounds awesome Duff!!

Duff is also supplying us with the funny of the day! She had just been reinstated on the AI boards and her first post was this - needless to say she needs to be reinstated again.........

There once was a poster named Duff,
Who was sent off to camp - it was rough!!
She came back with a smile,
Like a sly crocodile,
And wandered the board in the buff.

*applause* way to go Duff!

Fingers & Toes crossed for Vinny. Hoping that he doesn't try to use his "southern accent" on those guys. LMOO

Oops... forgot to say that his "southern accent" is a heck of a lot worse than the Soul Patrol tank. wooooooo LMOO

Yummy, Duff! I'm gonna try this one soon! But not this month cuz I'm dirt broke and I have to buy kraft mac & cheeze, and frozen pot pies.....to be able to afford to go to Wilkes Barre!

Okay - what's wrong with leaning back and saying, "AYE"? It got Taylor his job! :)

Okay, Duff, I bought the ingredients for your chicken manicotti! Can't wait!

Mary, this is a great idea....now I don't have to think up my grocery list each week...I can just come here a pull a couple recipes!
